小林茂太
写真家。新潟県生まれ。中央大学理工学部土木工学科卒業後、広告撮影スタジオでのアシスタント業務を経て、フリーランスフォトグラファーとしての活動を開始。瀬戸内海の離島、小豆島で今も続く伝統的な醤油製法の取材をきっかけに、本来の自然の時の流れの中で行われるものづくりや、そこに寄り添い生きる人々、またその人々の考え方に関心を抱く。以降、人と、人智の及ばないものとの関係性をテーマに活動している。
Shigeta KOBAYASHI
Born in Niigata in 1985, after graduating from the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Science and Engineering, Chuo University in 2008, he worked as an assistant in an advertising photography studio and began working as a freelance photographer.In the wake of coverage of the traditional manufacturing process of soy sauce in Shodoshima (Kagawa prefecture) ,he is interested in manufacturing in the natural flow of time, people who live close to them, and their way of thinking. Since then, the theme is Relationship between people and the things beyond the scope of wisdom.
